To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

UK Delivery – 3-5 working days/UK Special delivery – 1 working day

International Delivery – 10 Working days

Yes you can. At checkout, you have the option of entering a shipping address. However we will require your billing address also, in order to process the payment.

Please ensure that there is somebody available to take the delivery at the alternate address, and that it is in a deliver-able location. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If an order is placed to a PO box, it will be cancelled.

In most situations that is not a problem. As a signature is required, the courier will in normal circumstances, attempt a re-delivery the next working day. However, re-deliveries are only attempted two times, so if more than two delivery attempts are made, the courier will then return the item to us, at which point you will have to pay for the delivery again.

Often the courier may leave the parcel with your neighbor and leave a card.

If your delivery is sent recorded then you can track your delivery by entering your order email and order ID in the box above. Alternatively, log in to your account, and the tracking number will be in the order history.

There are no additional charges when it comes to delivery from our end. However international buyers should understand that customs costs are not included in the delivery cost. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the relevant customs department to obtain the required information on customs charges before purchase.
